Studiopress theme. Prices for this can start really low and go really high! It all depends on what you want. I don't only use Wordpress. I've done sites in
Drupal,
Joomla and others.
I can take a design that you (or someone you know!) has made and turn it into a website. Like this one for EKG Films. They sent me the PSDs and I turned them into a site. EKG was built with Wordpress but I'd be just as happy using a framework of your choice or even starting from scratch.
